Visiting the Guardian Data Blog about the UK riots, we saw they display much of their information through visual data. We looked at this to give us support while making our own as this showed us which sort of information should be on display and which is more important than others.
After looking at the information on the Data Blog, we got into groups and were given pins and strings and was told to display our own information visually on the wall.
We decided to show how youths were targeted with the media and how that had an impact on Police actions and also public actions.
After getting feedback on our graph, the main flaw was that there wasn't enough diversion between the three subjects.
